A really cool accommodation for only $600/month

Hi, my name is Andrew and I am renting out a room in two-bedroom apartment located at Finch/Dufferin.

This is going to be a HOT summer! Isn't it great to have your very own air conditioning? This is a weird apartment building, my friend, - the apartments are in two levels, there's a staircase from the huge living room up to the second floor where your future bedroom is. The full washroom (with the shower) is also upstairs, but there's an additional washroom on the first level, conviniently located next to the entrance door. If you have any experince living with other people, you'll appreciate the extra restroom! ;)

There's a huge balcony on the first level, and being located on 3rd floor, it feels like a patio with a nice view. There's a swimming pool downstairs - it's not an Olympic pool, but it's good enough for a quick bath in a hot day. There's also another balcony on the 2nd level - it's only accessible from my bedroom, but when there's a party on the lower balcony, it's great to come out there and see our guests from above :)

Plenty of storage room, free water, electricity, high-speed wireless Internet. What else do you need for happiness?
